This sector in particular, and from McDonald's Jordan's point of view, comes at the heart of social responsibility, as it eases the financial burden on the students' families, and contributes to their gaining of a lot of life and practical experiences before graduation. This makes it easier for them to compete after graduation, and make the right choice. To achieve the same goal, McDonald's Jordan offers its graduates the option to complete their career path if they wish to do so, or to choose another job that better suits their study subject and work preferences.
