McDonald's Jordan - since the beginning of the pandemic – primarily considered its support to the official authorities as a humanitarian and national duty, and as soon as the announcement of combating the pandemic under the government of Dr. Omar Al Razzaz was launched, McDonald’s Jordan has worked to provide JD 395,000, and affirmed its full readiness to harness all capabilities for the success of the strenuous efforts to restore the nation's renaissance and protect the citizen. The aforementioned amount was donated, starting with 225,000 dinars, immediately to support government endeavors and in response to the urgent appeal of the private sector to donate and provide sufficient liquidity to finance the various operations aimed at containing the pandemic. This was followed by donating 125 thousand dinars, reinforcing its clear position since the beginning of the pandemic, which showed the immediate readiness to stand together to confront the epidemic, in addition to 45 thousand dinars provided for the "Nawa" initiative of the Crown Prince Foundation.
