People with special needs – Sawaedna Nashmieh

McDonald’s Jordan adopted a special employment program to employ people with special needs, and the program includes creating suitable jobs for this category. We consider them to be active and productive members of society and only need appropriate opportunities, which we have taken upon ourselves. The program also includes determining the appropriate jobs for each employee in proportion to his/her capabilities, so that it is not difficult or stressful, and at the same time, to maintain workflow and product quality in accordance with McDonald's Jordan standards.
