Khidmat Watan – Sawaedna Nashmieh
Khidmat Watan, translating to “National service,” is an initiative that was signed with the Jordanian Ministry of Labor, which aims to train and employ 550 young Jordanian men and women, and comes within the framework of implementing the royal directives that urge attention to Jordanian youth to help them and alleviate the economic burdens on them, and to provide them with suitable job opportunities. What is unique about this initiative is that the paid training period amounted to 250 dinars, along with other advantages, the most important of which are the incentives system and coverage for injuries even after the end of the training period, and inclusion in the social security system.
