McDonald's Jordan wins the "Best Workplace of 2023" award


McDonald's Jordan announced today that it has received the "Best Workplace of 2023" award, thanks to its continued efforts in providing an encouraging and supportive work environment for its employees. This award is based on a survey that included 2,205 employees from various branches, to which 1,932 employees responded.

The survey included a wide range of questions related to human resources resources, employment systems, and organizational structure, in addition to a set of questions about employee satisfaction with the work environment and conditions in general, which amounted to 154 questions and 36 questions, respectively.
 

According to the statistical results, the survey showed that more than 90% of employees indicated that McDonald's Jordan provides the best employment environment, as the company provides the necessary support and continuous development programs, in addition to creating conditions to provide an ideal work environment for employees.
 

McDonald's Jordan is considered one of the leading companies in the field of employing people with special needs and students in school, as it provides specialized programs for them and creates many job opportunities with the opening of each new branch. The company also provides many systems and programs that support its employees and contribute to the development of Jordanian youth, as part of its social responsibility.
