FIFA World Cup 2026™ – Campaign Information

1. Campaign Duration & Announcement

The campaign will run for fifty-six (56) days, starting on 29 March 2026 and ending on 24 May 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). McDonald's Jordan will announce the campaign on Saturday, 28 March 2026, through one or more of the following channels:

The campaign will be officially announced on 28 March 2026 via:

  1. McDonald's Jordan official social media platforms.
  2. McDonald's Jordan mobile application (“McDonald's”).
  3. SMS messages sent to targeted users.
  4. Any additional advertising or media channel that the Company deems appropriate to ensure effective reach to the target audience.
     

2. Campaign Mechanism

The campaign is based on a random draw. A collection box will be placed in each of the Company’s 44 branches. To enter the draw, customers must visit any participating branch and purchase one large meal or more from the meals listed below:

After purchasing any of the above large meals and completing payment, the customer will receive a free coupon. The customer must provide the following details: full name, phone number, alternative phone number, email address, age, and National ID Number (if available), then place the coupon in the designated box.
 

3. Draw Process

The prize draw will be conducted in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply, and according to the campaign’s announced dates.

All coupon boxes from participating branches will be collected one day prior to each draw and transported by Company staff to the designated branch where the draw will take place.

All coupons will then be emptied into a single draw box, and winners will be selected randomly in the presence of both the Ministry representative and a Company representative.

A formal report documenting the draw process, including winners’ names, phone numbers, and winning coupons, will be signed by both representatives in accordance with the number of winners allocated for each draw date.

4. Terms and Conditions

  1. The FIFA World Cup 2026™ logo is a trademark owned by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association and used under license. FIFA is not a sponsor or administrator of this promotion in any way.  FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded.
  2. Further, Winners and their guest (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the license granted for the tickets.
  3. All FIFA World Cup 2026™ venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on FIFA.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behavior.
  4. The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.
  5. Eligibility: Participation in this Campaign is open to all customers who satisfy the eligibility criteria set forth above. Employees of the Organizing Company, its subsidiaries, and their first-degree relatives are strictly prohibited from participating in this Campaign.
  6. Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of the draw.
  7. Travel Requirements and Visas: Upon winning, the participant shall be solely responsible for fulfilling all travel requirements and obtaining the necessary entry visa for the destination country. All associated costs and liabilities shall be borne by the winner, in accordance with the regulations of the competent official authorities and relevant embassies.
  8. Non-Transferability: The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold to any third party. The prize shall be awarded exclusively to the winner in person, subject to the Campaign’s terms and conditions.
  9. Prize Substitution and Forfeiture: If the winner does not wish to travel, is unable to obtain the required entry visa, or is prevented from traveling for any reason whatsoever, a cash alternative of 500 JOD (Five Hundred Jordanian Dinars) shall be awarded instead of the original prize. Ownership of the original prize shall subsequently revert to the Organizing Company. The winner must formally notify the Company of their inability or unwillingness to travel within a period not exceeding two weeks from the date of prize notification.
  10. Publicity and Media: By participating, the winner consents to the publication of their name and photograph in various media outlets, subject to the winner’s specific approval regarding the use of their image. This includes daily newspapers, websites, and the Company’s social media platforms for announcing the Campaign results.
