Armoush Tourist Investments Company – McDonald’s Jordan – successfully held its annual “Employee Rally” over the course of two days at the Dunes Club in Amman, bringing together more than 1,800 employees from branches across the Kingdom.
The event reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to promoting team spirit and nurturing a culture of appreciation and recognition among its staff—who are the driving force behind McDonald’s success in Jordan. The rally featured a variety of interactive workshops, team-building activities, and entertainment segments, including performances by renowned artist Najm Al Salman, traditional Jordanian dabkeh shows, and a series of engaging competitions. The festivities concluded with a celebratory group dinner.
As part of the event, outstanding employees were recognized for their dedication and continuous contributions, in an effort to foster professional pride and strengthen employee engagement. The company also paid special tribute to employees with disabilities, honoring their unique contributions to the workplace.
